Program Material Renderer Configuration

Program Material Renderer Configuration assets allow users to configure which audio reactive materials should be rendered at which Energy Level by a Material Renderer component and how that material should react to the beat detection data received from the application.

  • Energy Levels: The Energy Level(s) during which this configuration can be active.
  • Material: The material used to draw to the render texture. A separate copy is created for each configuration when the scene is loaded.
  • Beat Detection Delay: The time (in seconds) with which the beat detection is delayed.
  • Beat Fade Duration: The time (in seconds) it takes for the Beat Intensity material property to drop to 0 after the last beat was detected.

To create a new Program Material Renderer Configuration asset, follow these steps:

  1. Right click in the Project window or click Assets in the menu bar
  2. Select Create > EntroPi > Environment > Audio Reactive > Programs > Material Renderer > Configuration
  3. Name the asset file that was just created
